Evil Fish

We recently took the kids and their grandparents for a day visit to Pangkor Island. We had earlier decide that Sean is old enough to play at the seaside. So off we went to seaside after visiting a temple so mom and dad could pray.

While waiting for Forman to change into his swimming trunk, I decided to take Sean for a swim. He was quite terrified at first. But after endless coaxings, he started to relax and enjoy playing in the water.

Just then a big wave came crashing and both of us were knocked senseless a bit. I nearly lost my hold on Sean. And to be honest, I was quite terrified at that point. Of course Sean was even more terrified. He was screaming and crying and trying to get out of the water all at the same time.

When Forman finally came running in his swimming trunk, no amount of coaxing could get Sean into the water again. He simply grabbed grandma tightly each time she tried to tell him that it was okay and that: Look, mummy and daddy are in the water.

Mom had a great laugh when he said: Tak nak. Boy-boy takut. Ikan jahat!
